Both the ZD420 and ZD620 thermal printers have been designed for ease of use and offer the best print speed in their category, while maintaining superior print quality for the pace demanded by business sectors such as retail, healthcare and manufacturing. They also give businesses features that include multiple connectivity options and compatibility with previous versions of Zebra printers to better meet user needs.

The ZD420 and ZD620, offer an intuitive user interface to monitor the status of the printer with several LEDs, so you can save time and easily see what the printer needs to work properly, from solving equipment problems, to replace inputs. The ZD620 is available with a color display option for easy configuration showing any status reports and errors for immediate resolution.

As part of Zebra DNA's extended capabilities, it introduces its "Print DNA" solution, a software package comprised of tools and applications powered by the intelligent Link-OS environment. The Print DNA solution consists of visibility, productivity, development and management tools that differentiate the business capabilities of Zebra's mobile, desktop and industrial printers.
