UHF RFID

UHF RFID stands for Ultra High Frequency that is regulated by a single global standard called ECPglobal Gen2 (ISO 18000-63). UHF frequency covers the range between 300 MHz and 3GHz. UHF RFID transfers data faster than LF or HF.  For interference UHF RFID is the most sensitive, however UHF product manufacturers have discovered methods of designing tags, antennas and readers to retain the performance high even in extreme environments.

Some of these UHF RFID readers are offered with 1D/2D scanners and built in GPS with many connectivity options including bluetooth, 3G, GSM and GPRS. For those who are looking to improve productivity while keeping their hands free, we offer wearable UHF RFID. UHF RFID is used in two types of RFID systems, passive and active.

Used for – retail inventory management, anti – counterfeiting, wireless device configuration.
